Why can't I log into D2L Brightspace?


Your host must request that a D2L Brightspace guess account be created for you. Your host will provide you with the username. Use the 'forgot password' tool to set the password. The 'forgot password' tool will send a message to the e-mail address associated with your guest account that contains a link so you can set your account password.
